Free 1/2 Day Mental Health First Aid and Resilience Course

The recent Mental Health First Aid Resilience SHORT course was held on 24th February 2024 at the Rural Fire and Rescue, 25 Airport Drive East Albury 2640

            4: Self-care and resilience

 

Funds to develop and deliver this course were raised through the Travel Escape Club raffle fundraiser. The course was delivered by Bjelkie Lansdown from BLMC and was exceptionally well received by all those attending.

 

The first course was held on Saturday October 28th in Albury NSW.  They included members of the Emergency Volunteer Service as well as volunteers from the Albury Wodonga Resource Bureau, Carevan and Albury North Rotary Club members.
